Meals and Special Events

Dinner packages (excluding the Gala Dinner) are available at the Games and are provided at the Australian Institute of Sport, Arena from October 4 – 8. You will have to show your meal pass to receive dinner. If you chose to eat dinner elsewhere, you are most welcome to the Arena to listen to live entertainment and participate in the after dinner activities.

Lunch packs are also available at the Games from October 4 - 9. Lunch packages can either be collected from the AIS or from the sports event you are participating in or attending as a supporter. You will be asked to nominate where you want to have your lunch delivered to. You will be given a form for this when you regsister.

Packages can not be broken up into daily components.

6 Night dinner package (Sunday to Friday) Adult: $120 Child <13 $110
7 Day lunch package (Sunday to Saturday) Adult and Child $72

Note: Breakfast is not provided in the Games meal packages - however, it is included for the those staying at the AIS.

Social Evening, Saturday 2 October

Relax into the games with a social night and catch up with old friends or meet new ones after registering for the Games.
An optional BBQ dinner will be available for purchase in the AIS Courtyard..

Dinner, Sunday 3 October

After a long day in the sun and a great opening ceremony and concert, everyone can kick up their feet with a Kebarbie Dinner, view the NRL Grand Final TV broadcast at the AIS or go to the free Family Movie (Adults and kids welcome) at the AIS Theatre.

Gala Dinner

In Games tradition, the major social night out will be the Gala Dinner. The venue for the 12th Australian Transplant Games Gala Dinner will be the Great Hall of Parliament House.

There are limited seats, so please register early to book your ticket. Tickets are $90.00 per person.
Additional tickets, for family and friends who will not be registered, can be requested at the time of registration but are subject to availability. Any available tickets will be issued on a first registered first serviced basis after the Registration Closing Date.
