Sport Rules
Athletes (over 18)
- 'Athletes' can enter in only 1 sporting event to compete in per day with the following exceptions;
- Within the same discipline (i.e. tennis) where they can compete in up to 2 of the 3 events
- Participants can compete in both cycling and mini marathon on Sunday 5 October
- Evening events of Basketball, Darts and 8 Ball
- To a maximum of 5 entries (plus relays) in swimming and track and field
- Athletes will compete in categories according to their age as of 4 October 2008
- Athletes
- Adults (18-29 years)
- Seniors (30-39 years)
- Super Seniors (40-49 years)
- Veterans (50-59 years)
- Super Veterans (60 years +)
- Open age events
- Backgammon
- Bridge
- Chess
- Darts
- Eight Ball
- Golf
- Scrabble
- Social Walk (Track and Field)
